Inutak is a delicacy with sticky rice bottom topped with
coconut cream. At first glance, it looked like Cassava cake but it has a different base. The sticky rice looked (and tasted)
like sapin – sapin and the coconut cream was baked until its golden brown. The texture was smooth and its sweetness was just enough.
